Any dispute arising will be resolved by agreement between the two parties (amicably). In case the conflict has not been resolved amicably, the competence rests with the Romanian courts, from the headquarters of S IND PROCESS CONTROL SRL.
S IND PROCESS CONTROL SRL is not liable for damages, costs, processes, claims or expenses published as a result of the users’ failure to comply with the “Terms and Conditions”.
