4 MAR 2021 – CEMENTING INSTALLATION
The implementation project of the cementing installation at the Manifold Systems Ironworks company in Geneva, Switzerland consists of twin diesel engines and twin triplex hybrid pumps which could realize the cementing operation with high pressure and large discharge volume.
The twin cementing unit is suitable for a variety of fluid pumping and mixing operation in the oilfield, such as: well cementing, well acidizing treatments, hydro jet perforating, solvent pumping, pressure testing and miscellaneous fluid.
The control system we developed has a fundamental impact in the proper realization of the mixture, which is important to have a certain composition necessary for complete and sustainable zonal insulation – representing the main objective of a cementing operation.
