15 APR 2021 – WHEAT MILL SUPERVISION AND CONTROL SYSTEM
The upgrade project of the wheat mill supervision and control system at the Oltina, company in Urlati, Prahova, consisted
in changing the old control system with Rockwell Automation equipment (PLC, digital and analog cards that totaled over 1300 input / output signals). Also, we developed the new PLC program, as well as the new supervision and control screens.
The development of the control interface focused on facilitating the work of the operators by creating intuitive control functions of the controlled equipment, as well as animations and colors through which the different states of the equipment are observed.
